Physical books
Unused physical books may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact support before sending an item so we can provide the correct return address and reference.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Send the order reference and clear photographs within seven days. We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
Digital purchases
Because digital access begins immediately, cancellation rights may be limited after download or streaming access starts, subject to applicable consumer law and the consent captured at checkout.
