Orders require contact, delivery and transaction-reference data. Accounts, newsletters, events and support forms use only the information necessary to provide the requested service.

Production configuration should map each purpose to its lawful basis, processor, retention period and deletion procedure. Marketing is consent-based and separate from transactional communication.
